Refund policy:

Refunds are only applicable if the product does not meet the specifications listed on the site and will be processed in the same manner as the payment was made. Otherwise, refunds are not possible, but if you wish, you can exchange it for another product.

In case of payment with a credit card, the refund is processed through the bank to your credit card.
